Work and organizational psychologist, coaching psychologist, trainer

As a work and organization professional psychologist, I aim to help people and organizations having a more complete and more enjoyable professional life. During my career so far, I have worked as an HR specialist, consultant and coach with both multinational companies and startups (mainly IT companies), as well as with nonprofit organizations. Meanwhile, I met many young leaders, entrepreneurs, fresh graduates and supported them with their challenges. This was the time when I started to focus my attention on the individual level of psychology, in order to better understand someone’s personal functioning, difficulties, and mental resources. Recently, I have been dealing with supportive conversations, crisis intervention and life counseling. Due to my experience, it is quite beneficial to combine my knowledge of organizational and of individual dynamics, so I can give better help to whom ask for it.
